{"id":1804,"date":"2023-01-31T08:19:41","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T08:19:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastro-guide.eu\/community\/?p=1804"},"modified":"2023-02-21T08:20:54","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T08:20:54","slug":"identification-of-the-professional-profile-and-training-needs-of-gastro-guide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastro-guide.eu\/community\/identification-of-the-professional-profile-and-training-needs-of-gastro-guide\/","title":{"rendered":"Identification of the Professional Profile and Training Needs of Gastro-Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>State of the Art &#8211; Spain, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since one of the Gastro-Guides project\u2019s main objectives is to develop a new professional profile for coaches in the area of gastronomy and cultural tourism in rural areas \u2013 the Gastro-Guides \u2013 the first step was to recognize and analyze the special needs and the level of competences needed for the future Gastro-Guides as professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To that end the project consortium initiated an extensive research for identification of the training needs of the new profile that will direct the further development activities and will set the ground for the elaboration of a comprehensive curriculum for the profile. For this, the State of the art report is analyzing the current situation in the partner countries and based on the findings and conclusions is outlining the key features and prerequisites for the Gastro-Guide profile\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to confirm the preliminary research findings, identified at the stage of the project design, the partners united around the research concept and methodology for conducting the research and elaborating the present report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-7 is-cropped
