The European Institute of Rural Gastro-Guides

The Institute is one of the results of the European Gastro-Guide project within the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission, which has created the professional profile of the local Gasto Guide as a promoter of gastronomic tourism in rural areas.

European Gastro Guides Map

Serve to promote mobility between European regions for schools in general, students and teachers in cooking schools, professionals in the field of gastronomy, food producers, etc.

Knowledge about gastronomic culture

To meet and exchange knowledge about gastronomic culture and food knowledge.

E-learning platform

An online and international educational channel on gastronomy, food technology, cooking and agri-food products through video conferences and webinars for the training of Gastro-Guides and other nearby professional profiles. It will be an online TV channel with live and asynchronous sessions

International mirror

Online channel will contain around videos by partner country
