'Learning, Teaching, Training Activity' in Portaria, Greece
The training activity took place in the premises of Karaiskos Farm, in the rural area of Portaria, Volos, Greece. The activity included one learning activity in the form of a blended mobility for the teachers/coaches/staff of the partners organization to test in real terms the e-learning platform and the face-to-face training for Gastro-Guides to transform the rural environment as a space for learning, discovery and training experiences.

Identification of the Professional Profile and Training Needs of Gastro-Guide
State of the Art – Spain, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria-Since one of the Gastro-Guides project’s main objectives is to develop a new professional profile for coaches in the area of gastronomy and cultural tourism in rural areas – the Gastro-Guides – the first step was to recognize and analyze the special needs and the level of competences needed for the future GastroGuides as professionals.
